Played this with six people and the partnership setup makes every hand feel like a real conversation, not just luck. The twist that only the team going out first actually scores keeps everyone sweating the whole round. Took us two games to get the rhythm but now it's our go-to for game night.
The fixed-partnership format is what makes this one click for our group — it's 4 players, and knowing you only score if your team goes out first changes every single decision. We've played a dozen sessions now and the tension of deciding whether to dump your good cards early or hold back hasn't worn
