Once you choose, see how far you can go! For big points, keep each elevator going in the same direction until the game ends! From acclaimed designers Wolfgang Kramer and Michael Kielsing (Wandering Towers), comes a fast-paced card game for up to 6 players! In Up or Down? players building ascending and descending columns of cards that score points. The more cards of the same color in a column, the more points you will score. Didn't expect a game about elevators to get this competitive. The trick of committing to one direction for the whole game makes every turn tense, and my group kept second-guessing each other. Easy to teach and it hit the table three times in one night.

Kept every elevator moving one direction and it got genuinely tense by the last few turns — such a clever twist on set collection. Kramer and Kiesling packed a lot of game into a small box, and my group asked to replay it right away.
