The campaign's focus on Arkham's locked-door paranoia gives the investigators real urgency from the first scenario. I've played through it twice and the branching resolutions actually change how the story unfolds each time.

The twilight atmosphere in the setup pulled me right in, and the way the scenarios build tension from the very first mythos phase is brutal in the best way. Two scenarios in and I'm already rearranging my whole deck to survive what's coming.

Played through the first two scenarios last weekend and the escalating dread is handled so well, especially the way the twilight setting creeps into the encounter deck. The new investigator cards slot nicely into my existing collection without feeling overpowered. Easily the tightest small campaign
