Category: Arkham Horror Board Game 3rd Edition

Timothy F. ★★★★★

The fog and shoreline atmosphere are so thick you can almost smell the saltwater while playing. The scenario structure keeps the tension creeping in a way that feels genuinely fresh, and the coastal setting adds a dread the base game sometimes missed.

Grace G. ★★★★★

The two new investigators play completely differently from the base game, which was the main reason I picked this up. The coastal town tiles fit right in with the original board, and the difficulty ramps up just enough to feel tense without being punishing.

Andrew ★★★★★

The foggy coastal setting sucked me right in, and the new scenario cards make the fishing hamlets feel genuinely creepy instead of just reusing old map tiles. Played it with four people last weekend and the difficulty spike actually had us sweating by the third act.
